Meet the Team

  • Studio Owner and Teacher

Charli has a deep rooted love for yoga and commitment of sharing the transformative benefits with others. She is the heart and soul behind Yoga Mali, with a mission to create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcomed and inspired to explore their unique yoga journey.

Charli started practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to help recover from an injury. She was working as a professional dancer at the time and was desperate to find a way to spring back to performing. As she deepened her practice, her intention started to shift from the physical to the psychological and spiritual aspects of yoga and it soon became an integral part of her life.

After completing her first yoga teacher training in 2015, Charli dived straight into teaching and continued to immerse herself in many different courses and trainings to stay inspired, deepen her understanding and deliver the best possible classes to her students. It has always been her dream and vision to open her own studio where she can share her knowledge, and enthusiasm with her students and build a community of like-minded souls who support each other on and off the mat.

Charli's classes are taught from the heart and are known for their graceful, dynamic and creative sequencing. They are adventurous yet nurturing so varying abilities can practice together safely and with confidence.

  • Dynamic Flow

Aisling started yoga over 10 years ago where she discovered that the practice gave her a safe space to leave any stresses at the door and reconnect fully to her soul. This led to her leaving her corporate career and immerse herself in teacher training on the beautiful tropical island of Koh Phangnan. Bringing this experience and knowledge home, she now teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.

Aislings classes are known as being “highly spirtually charged.” Yoga philosophy is fundamental to her own practice and the ones she shares with students. Her classes offer a tool to support spiritutal growth and development and feel deeply connected to the root of yoga.

Teaching globally, Nini later trained in Thailand as a Hatha Vinyasa instructor to create more variety in her classes and self practice. Her goal is to provide a sanctuary for self-connection, fostering a gentle strength both on and off the mat and share the healing powers that Yoga can provide. Nini strives to make sure that every person who joins her class walks away from their practice feeling physically and emotionally uplifted and more connected to themselves and the world around them!

  • Sound Healing, Vinyasa, Madala
Molly is a sounder healer, tantrika and wild seed.

After awakening to Yoga & Meditation in 2017, Molly's practice blends an East-meets-West approach, incorporating elements of Bhakti Yoga (devotion), non dual philosophy and sacred sound with embodiment practices, guiding the experience deeper within the body as a vessel of truth and inviting connection with source, consciousness, Earth and Self.

  • Pilates

Beth has always had a keen interest in preventative health and lifestyle medicine, and Pilates very much feeds into and supports Beth’s ethos to health.  Pilates attacks the roots of bad posture by toning little used muscle groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back, while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body.  The exercises are designed to work the muscles of the whole body (abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, calves, arms, shoulders) and to gently lengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury.

  • Vinyasa, Yin

Over the last ten years, Layla has reconnected with her yoga practice after taking time away to focus on life and raising a family - a journey that culminated in completing her 300-hour Teacher Training at the respected Whitespace Yoga Studio.

She loves to teach flow classes that stretch and strengthen the body while calming the mind, with an emphasis on good alignment. Layla weaves breathwork and mindfulness throughout her teaching, offering tools that students can carry beyond the mat into everyday life.

Her classes are inclusive and multi-level, creating a welcoming space where everyone can progress at their own pace and leave feeling balanced, uplifted, and like the best version of themselves.
