Soulful Sundays: Sound Bath
with Molly-Anne Chinner
Sunday 12th April
4.00pm-5.00pm
Join us each month for Soulful Sundays, a deeply restorative sound bath experience. Sound healing is an ancient technique that uses the application and manipulation of sound and vibration to stimulate healing patterns in the mind, body and soul.
A form of deep and transcendent meditation, sound healing has a wonderful way of aiding the slipping the body into total relaxation, calming the mind and relieving tension and thus reducing aches and pains. At the intersection of science and spirituality - these sounds also capture our attention in a way that needs no narration by the thinking mind. The internal chatter falls away to reveal pure awareness in the moment.
Using highly tuned crystal singing bowls infused with other gemstones and precious alchemies, as well as drums, chimes, digital drones and natural sounds Molly will create a cocoon of sound to deeply rest, replenish and restore your nervous system.
Come as you are, settle in and let the sounds guide you into stillness.

Yogasana & Dharma Masterclass
with Nadine & Natalia
Sunday 19th April
2.00pm - 4.00pm
This two-hour masterclass with Nadine & Natalia offers an extended, immersive yoga experience for established practitioners wishing to deepen their physical practice, awareness, and understanding of traditional yogic methods.
The first hour is dedicated to Ashtanga-based yogāsana, where movement and breath are woven together as a living meditation. Through steady rhythm, conscious transitions, and disciplined attention to ujjayi breath and dr̥ṣṭi, the practice becomes a tool for purification, presence, and inner steadiness.
The second hour draws inspiration from Dharma Yoga guided by the principle of ahimsa (non-violence). This part of the practice invites a softer, more expansive quality — allowing space for prāṇāyāma, longer-held postures, subtle awareness, and meditation. The emphasis is on listening, refinement, and cultivating compassion towards the body and the mind.
This offering is called a masterclass because it is an extended, uninterrupted practice intended for practitioners who wish to embody yoga rather than analyse it. Unlike a workshop, there is minimal technical explanation; instead, the focus is on direct experience, integration, and depth, allowing the practice itself to become the teacher.
Please note: This masterclass is not suitable for complete beginners. Participants should have an established yoga practice and be comfortable with sustained, breath-led movement and stillness. This is a practice of devotion, discipline, and self-inquiry — an opportunity to move beyond the external form and reconnect with the quieter essence of yoga.
