Summer Solstice - 108 Sun Salutations
with Charli & Aisling
Saturday 20th June
7.00am-10.00am
Join us for a special 108 Sun Salutations workshop on the Summer Solstice weekend to honour the longest day of the year and a time traditionally associated with light, energy, and renewal.
Starting at 7am on Saturday 20th June, Charli and Aisling will hold space for this moving meditation as we come together in practice, breath, and intention. In yogic tradition, the solstice is a time of illumination and awakening. It is believed that the increased light invites clarity, expansion, and the opportunity to release what is no longer aligned. Practising 108 Sun Salutations at this time becomes a ritual of devotion and a way to honour both the outer sun and the inner light within. The number 108 itself carries deep symbolic meaning, representing wholeness and the connection between the self and the universe.
While we won’t be starting quite as early as sunrise (4.35am!), gathering in the early morning still allows us to tap into that quiet, expansive energy of a new day where the practice can feel especially grounding and intentional.
Whether you complete all 108 or simply take part in a way that feels right for you, this is about the experience - not perfection. Modifications and rest are always welcome.
After the practice, we’ll come together to enjoy a nourishing smoothie bowl, giving you time to refuel and gently transition into the rest of your day ✨
A nourishing and meaningful morning for body, mind, and soul - we’d love to share it with you.

Bhakti - The Yoga Of Devotion
with Molly & Camilla
Sunday 19th July
2.00pm-4.00pm
Bhakti Yoga is the path of the heart.
A gentle softening and remembering that devotion isn’t something we have to strive for - it’s something we uncover within ourselves.
In the wider path of yoga, Bhakti sits alongside the teachings of the eight limbs - not separate from them, but quietly woven through. Where some yogic practices invite discipline, focus or structure, Bhakti offers a different doorway - one of feeling, of relationship, of heart.
It reminds us that beneath all the practices, yoga is ultimately about connection - within ourselves, and with life as a whole.
This workshop is an invitation to step out of the busy mind and into something more spacious.
Through chanting simple, accessible mantras we begin to soften the edges and come back into the body.
Chanting mantra is a beautiful meditation. Not because you need a “good” voice, but because the repetition, the vibration, the rhythm… gently draw awareness down from the head and into the heart space. It gives the mind something to rest on, while the heart has space to open in its own time.
We’ll explore this in a way that feels light, inclusive and pressure-free. You’re welcome to sing, to hum, to listen, or simply to be. There’s no right way to meet this practice.
Bhakti is the yoga of love. Of softening. Of allowing yourself to be in relationship with life, just as it is.
Come as you are.
